Nelson Home Study was established by Tricia Nelson, a highly qualified teacher with a lot of teaching experience at all levels of English. Tricia is also experienced in identifying, diagnosing and improving student's English language difficulties.

Tricia has taught in a wide variety of schools (primary and secondary), in higher education colleges and at the Open University. She has been a primary headteacher and has taught in Japan and China. While living in Africa she created an export business and also worked for voluntary organisations.

Tricia provides each student with high quality teaching plus coaching advice on strategies for learning and improving English. Each student is given their own individual intensive English programme based on their needs and requests. Students who choose Nelson Home Study are busy professional people who want to improve their English skills in a short period of time.

Tricia's husband, Greg, is a Chartered Accountant with his own accountancy practice. He has previously worked for large international companies abroad and in the UK.
